Logan Buckley posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.

Buckley's strong effort led Columbia Academy over Parklane Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
