 Cimarron  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 12  hits in three consecutive  matches.
Cimarron's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 6-5. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for Scott,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-7.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Cimarron beat the Beavers by a score of  12-2 later that day.
