After three games on the road, McKinley is heading back home. They will take on the South Park Sparks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McKinley knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matchups -- so hopefully the Sparks like a good challenge.
McKinley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They walked away with an 87-78 victory over East. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, South Park really took it to the Commodores for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-37 win at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win South Park has managed all season.
McKinley's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5. As for South Park, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
McKinley came up short against the Sparks in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, falling 59-54. Can McKinley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
