Wheatmore took down Forbush on Thursday, a win that might not have happened without Karson Edwards's effort. Edwards posted five points and three assists, which was good enough to set a new career-high in assists.

Looking ahead, Edwards and Wheatmore will take on Randleman in a tournament on the 27th. The Warriors have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since January of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
