The Millburn Millers won the last time they faced the Verona Hillbillies, and things went their way on Saturday too. Millburn claimed a resounding 70-42 victory over Verona on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Millburn.
Millburn was led to victory by Noah Ravitz and Zach Benmorits. Ravitz dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds, while Benmorits scored 29 points along with five rebounds. Santi Carrera Fern?ndez was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Millburn's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Verona, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Millburn will be home for the holidays to greet Montclair at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Verona, they will head out on the road to face off against West Essex at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
