It was another big night for A'Laia Richardson, who scored 32 points along with nine steals and seven rebounds. The matchup was her fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Leah Williams, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Mt. Clemens' win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3. As for Ecorse, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Mt. Clemens will head out on the road to face off against Rose Leadership Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Ecorse will be home for the holidays to greet Lincoln-King Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
