The Mid-Pacific Institute Owls lost against the Nanakuli Golden Hawks last Sunday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Mid-Pacific Institute fell 59-49 to Nanakuli.
Several Owls players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Riley Miura, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Logan Mason, who scored 13 points.
Mid-Pacific Institute's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Nanakuli, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Mid-Pacific Institute will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oak Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on December 19th. Nanakuli is on the road again on December 18th and play against Crossroads.
