On Wednesday, Jordan Christian Prep came up short against DME Academy Black and fell 64-54.
Several Seahawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Hans Dorleus, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Osasjoshua, who scored ten points.
Jordan Christian Prep's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for DME Academy Black, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan Christian Prep's road trip will continue as they head out to face Mount Dora at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. Mount Dora is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home. As for DME Academy Black, they will head out on the road to face off against Southeastern Prep Academy - Regional - Aces at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southeastern Prep Academy - Regional - Aces presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than DME Academy Black in Florida (Southeastern Prep Academy - Regional - Aces is ranked 22nd, while DME Academy Black is ranked 231st).
