Mesa Verde took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They claimed a resounding 31-0 win over the Encina Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mavericks also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mesa Verde will head out to face off against Laguna Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Encina, they will venture away from home to take on West Campus at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
