On Thursday, everything went Florin's's way against Winters as Florin made off with a 70-48 victory.
Leading Florin to victory were Vernon Ram and Sean Hatter. Ram scored 16 points, while Hatter scored 21 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hatter has scored at least 25% of Florin's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Toby Vang, who scored 7 points.
The win got Florin back to even at 2-2. As for Winters, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Florin will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Esparto at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Allowing an average of 59.5 points per game, Esparto has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this matchup. Winters won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Vacaville Christian at 3:30 p.m. on December 1st.
