Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lead Hill). They claimed a resounding 91-56 victory over the Alpena Leopards. With the Tigers ahead 48-25 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Lead Hill's win on Thursday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Danny Evans, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. That's the most boards Evans has posted since back in November of 2024. Dawson Lively was another key player, going 5 for 9 on his way to 15 points along with six assists and six steals.

The win made it two in a row for Lead Hill and bumps their season record up to 18-12. As for Alpena, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Lead Hill won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Deer at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Deer is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.4 points per game this season. As for Alpena, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll square off against The New School at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
