Nansemond River is a perfect 3-0 against Churchland since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Truckers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Nansemond River's victory against King's Fork wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors won by a goal and slipped past the Bulldogs 2-1. The win continues a trend for Nansemond River in their matchups with King's Fork: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Churchland's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They blew past Manor 6-1. That five goal margin sets a new team best for Churchland this season.

Churchland's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-9. As for Nansemond River, the win got them back to even at 7-7-2.

Nansemond River took their victory against Churchland in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Truckers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
