In what's become a running theme this season, the Corcoran Panthers gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Granite Hills with a sharp 75-51 win. Winning may never get old, but Corcoran sure is getting used to it with their 17th in a row.
It was another big night for Javon Bragg, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 17 rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Joziah Alaniz, who scored 15 points.
Corcoran's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points per game. As for Granite Hills, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-14.
Coincidentally, Corcoran and the Grizzlies will both be playing the Cardinals the next time they take the court. Corcoran will host the Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Grizzlies will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
