Chapin waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Irmo Yellow Jackets get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Chapin's record is now 12-7. As for Irmo, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chapin will challenge Mid-Carolina at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Irmo, they will take on White Knoll at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
