Fans got a thrill when Andrew King and Tanner Lemme connected against Oldham-Ramona/Rutland. The connection was good for 79 yards, the longest such play in Dakota Valley (9 Man) this season.
Lake Preston lost to Elkton/Lake Benton MN 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Dustin Trooien and Riley Hanson gave Deubrook a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Trooien threw for 157 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Hanson ran for 197 yards. Dalton Kruse also contributed to the rushing game with 60 yards on the ground.

Hanson provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Deubrook beat Estelline. Hanson's key target this week was Jacob Berndt, who caught 3 passes for 59 yards.
Lemme was the best receiver in the league this week as Arlington bested the Raiders.

Leading Dakota Valley (9 Man) in both passing and receiving yards, the Cardinals' King and Luke Weber have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback King has thrown for 457 yards this season, while Weber has 7 catches for 206 yards. The Dolphins' Hanson leads the league in rushing yards with 569.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when Arlington's Weber goes up against the Divers' Colton Hageman.
Next week's game between Steve Gilbertson's team and Lake Preston will feature a good passing match up as King will test his arm against Hageman's defensive ability.
The Elks are currently in second, while Deubrook is in fourth.
