The Village Tech Viper Squid's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Williams Prep. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Village Tech in their matchups with Williams Prep: they've now lost three in a row.

Village Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Williams Prep, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Village Tech will take on Life Oak Cliff at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Village Tech's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Williams Prep, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against North Hills Prep at 9:30 a.m. Williams Prep is facing North Hills Prep at the right time seeing as North Hills Prep is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
