After low-scoring totals in their previous four matchup, Ashley brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They blew past the Covert Bulldogs, posting a 67-25 win. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Ashley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Covert, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
