The Bladensburg Mustangs suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They were outmatched by Wise at home and fell 70-40. Bladensburg was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-13.
Wise was led to victory by Jayson Frost and Jamal Drummond. Frost scored eight points along with five steals, while Drummond scored 13 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Obase, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Bladensburg bumped their record down to 4-7 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Wise, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.
