The Clearview Pioneers will head out on the road to square off against the Sterling Silver Knights at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Clearview has three straight wins, Sterling has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Last Thursday, Clearview didn't have too much trouble with Pennsville Memorial on the road as they won 56-39. That looming 56-39 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Clearview yet this season.
Meanwhile, Sterling was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 53-49 to Gloucester City.
The victory got Clearview back to even at 5-5. As for Sterling, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Clearview came up short against Sterling in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, falling 72-62. Can Clearview avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
