It was a good run, but  Lena-Winslow unfortunately witnessed the end of their  four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Warren/Stockton Warhawks by a score of  9-7. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing  6-3 to the Warhawks when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
 Lena-Winslow saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Maverick Cass, who  went 3-for-4 with one  run and one  RBI. Another  was  Brody Cox, who  went 1-for-3 with two  runs and two  RBI.
Lena-Winslow's loss dropped their record down to 18-7-1. As for Warren/Stockton, their win  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 14-11.
 Coming up, Lena-Winslow will square off against Argyle at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Warren/Stockton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
