San Ramon Valley Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to  Matthew Garibaldi
  Matthew Garibaldi's big game helped extend San Ramon Valley's winning streak to seven on Friday. California had no answer to  Garibaldi  as he rushed for 226 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.3 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown.
 San Ramon Valley pushed their record up to 7-0 with the  victory, which was their seventh straight  at home dating back to last season. Garibaldi and San Ramon Valley will head out to  challenge De La Salle  at 7:15  p.m.  on Friday.

Luckey Made His Presence Known in California's  38-26 Defeat
  Jhadis Luckey continued his hot streak  on Friday by dropping his fifth-straight game  with  at least two  rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 55 yards.
 With the  loss, California broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-1. Luckey and California will square off against Monte Vista at 7:15  p.m.  on Friday.

  Tristan Tia was instrumental in extending Amador Valley's winning streak to three on Friday. Nobody could stop  Tia as he threw for 283 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 45 yards.
 Amador Valley now  has a winning record of 4-3. Tia and Amador Valley will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against San Ramon Valley at 7:15  p.m.  on October 25th.
