Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pleasant Hill). They walked away with a 39-29 victory over the South Eugene Axe on Thursday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Billies with their most commanding win of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Pleasant Hill and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 29.0 points over those games. As for South Eugene, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pleasant Hill is set to take on their familiar foe Springfield at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, South Eugene will challenge rival Sheldon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
