The Sharon Eagles fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. Everything went their way against Attleboro on Thursday as Sharon made off with a 35-14 win.
Liam Conway looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 264 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. David Bondar was another key contributor, picking up 59 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Sharon's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Attleboro, they have yet to win a contest on the road this season, leaving them with a 2-8 record.
Sharon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Oliver Ames at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd. Oliver Ames will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. Attleboro will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on North Attleborough at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd. North Attleborough presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Attleboro in Massachusetts (North Attleborough is ranked 37th, while Attleboro is ranked 149th).
