Tippecanoe put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their match with ease, bagging a 41-6 victory over the Stebbins Indians. With the Red Devils ahead 27-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Tippecanoe's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Larkin Thomas, who threw for 186 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 38 yards. Another rusher making a difference was Xavier Melton, who gained 93 total yards and three touchdowns.

Tippecanoe's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Tippecanoe's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Stebbins, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Tippecanoe is set to take on their familiar foe Butler at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Red Devils 5, the Aviators 11.8) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Stebbins will face off against rival Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
