With a playoff win on the line, Quitman rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They took down the Greene County Wildcats 61-44. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Quitman's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Greene County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-13.
Quitman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 50-35 defeat against Forrest County Agricultural on the 15th. Greene County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
