Pinon took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past the Greyhills Academy Knights, posting a 44-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won five in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pinon to victory, but perhaps none more so than JoBryant Charley, who rushed for 54 yards and two scores. Josh Manuelito also helped with two TDs in total.

Coming up, Pinon is headed away from home for the first time to take on Hopi at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greyhills Academy, they will welcome Rough Rock at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
