The Addison Knights were the 42-26 winner over the Canton Warriors when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. Addison fell 30-21 to Canton on Saturday.
Canton was led to victory by Cailyn Van Noy and Kendall Kitchen. Van Noy scored 11 points, while Kitchen scored 7 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Daveian Crowley, who scored 3 points along with 11 rebounds.
Addison's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Canton, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Addison will square off against Haverling at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Canton will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Wyalusing Valley at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th.
