The Catskill Cats will head out on the road to take on the Cairo-Durham Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cairo-Durham took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Catskill, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Catskill made easy work of the Titans and carried off a 57-32 victory. Catskill pushed the score to 48-22 by the end of the third, a deficit the Titans cut but never quite recovered from.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Cairo-Durham, who are still winless after their tenth match. They took a serious blow against Hudson on Friday, falling 73-24. Cairo-Durham has not had much luck with the Blue Hawks recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Catskill's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Cairo-Durham, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10.
Everything came up roses for Catskill against the Mustangs in their previous meeting back in January as the squad secured a 59-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Catskill since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
