Loss or not, Columbus Christian got some senior leadership from Peyton Walden who scored eight points along with 15 rebounds and Josh Conrad who scored 13 points along with two steals. Walden has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 11 times he's played. Cam Pritchard was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five assists.
Medora's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Columbus Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.
Medora and Pleasant View Christian will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 13th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Pleasant View Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Medora in Indiana (Pleasant View Christian is ranked 136th, while Medora is ranked 432nd). As for Columbus Christian, they will be playing at home against Seven Oaks Classical at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday. Seven Oaks Classical is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
