It's always hard to lose, and it's even harder to lose by a single point. Just ask West Fork, the unfortunate recipient of a 30-31 loss at the hands of Green Forest on Friday. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the state rankings mixed up the winning team.
West Fork are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3. The victory bumped Green Forest's record up to 1-2.
Next week West Fork take on Mansfield at 7:00 PM. As for Green Forest, they will face off against Prairie Grove.
