The Cole Valley Christian Chargers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Compass Charter 79-47 on the road. Cole Valley Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.
Several Aviators players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Beau Bristol, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. Grayson Skimmyhorn was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
The win was the 11th in a row for Cole Valley Christian, bringing their record for this year to 17-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Compass Charter, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cole Valley Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Huskies at 7:30 p.m. on February 5th. Marsing is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home. As for Compass Charter, they will head out on the road to face off against the Archers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in The Ambrose School's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six games.
