Given Seagoville's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 252nd, while Conrad is ranked 878th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Travion Hall, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. Gregory Fossett was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with three steals.
Several Chargers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nevanly Cisse Jr, who scored four points along with three steals.
Seagoville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Conrad, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.
