Meanwhile, Carmel faced the Wildcats in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Carmel came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 42-35 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but Carmel sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Hamilton Southeastern has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Carmel, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-9.
