Summit waltzed into their matchup  on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came within a single  run of losing the streak, but they secured  a   3-2 W against the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats.
 Addison Johnson looked comfortable as she  tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   three  hits.
 At the plate,  Audrey Cathey was  excellent,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run.
 Summit was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .364 or higher in six consecutive  contests.
Summit's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Battle Ground Academy, they moved to 10-9 with that  loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
 Looking ahead, Summit will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Juliet  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Battle Ground Academy, they will take on Grace Christian Academy at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
