For the second straight game, Taylorsville will face off against Northridge. The Warriors will square off against the Knights at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Taylorsville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.

Taylorsville heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Friday. They came up short against Northridge, falling 10-1. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Warriors couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Northridge's part, Mick Whitaker and Jon Olsen did most of the damage at the plate: Whitaker went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI, while Olsen went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI Whitaker has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Trevin Redd, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

The defeat snapped Taylorsville's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-15 record. As for Northridge, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.
