There's no place like home for St. Frances Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders by a score of 66-58 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

Archbishop Stepinac's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jasiah Jervis, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 20 points and three steals. Adonis Ratliff was another key player, going 6-for-14 to rack up 16 points in addition to seven rebounds and six blocks.

St. Frances Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-1.

St. Frances Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 70-66 victory against Mount St. Joseph on the 1st. As for Archbishop Stepinac, they will challenge Cardinal Hayes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
