The Clinton Arrows posted their biggest victory since December 15, 2023 on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 62-36 margin over Parklane Academy. The win made it back-to-back wins for Clinton.
Among those leading the charge was Jatoi Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 rebounds. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Taelar Felton, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Georgia Lindsey and Zoe Alford certainly did their best on Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Lindsey scored 14 points, while Alford scored 14 points.
Clinton's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Parklane Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
Clinton will be playing in front of their home fans against Madison Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison Central is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Parklane Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Brookhaven Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
