Salinas is a perfect 4-0 against Sequoia since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cowboys will face off against the Ravens at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Salinas sitting on six straight wins and Sequoia on five.
On Wednesday, Salinas made easy work of Monte Vista Christian and carried off a 3-0 victory.
The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-20.

Salinas can attribute much of their success to Natalie Lopez, who had 17 digs and two aces, and Ariana Devers, who had eight digs and three aces. Devers is also on a roll when it comes to hitting percentage, as she's posted one of at least 75% in the last 13 games she's played.
They weren't the only good servers: Salinas was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Sequoia rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-12.
Sequoia's victory bumped their record up to 21-14. As for Salinas, their win bumped their record up to 23-6.
Salinas was able to grind out a solid victory over Sequoia in their previous matchup back in October, winning 2-0. Will the Cowboys repeat their success, or do the Ravens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
