Canutillo's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They didn't even let Horizon onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Canutillo also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2022.
Their one-goal win came courtesy of
Alexis Reyna, which was the first he's scored this season.
The win got Canutillo back to even at 4-4-1. As for Horizon, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canutillo will take on Bel Air at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Horizon on the road again on Friday and play against El Paso at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th.
