After a string of 14 wins, the Colusa RedHawks's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of Durham by a score of 44-42. Colusa was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Durham apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Landon Humphrey and Luke Kalfsbeek certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Humphrey scored 18 points, while Kalfsbeek scored eight points along with 17 rebounds. Kalfsbeek is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's played.
Colusa's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-6. As for Durham, they pushed their record up to 22-6 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home.
Colusa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Durham also has no future games currently scheduled.
