Etiwanda is on a 21-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Chino Hills is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Eagles will welcome the Huskies at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.
On Wednesday, Etiwanda made easy work of Los Osos and carried off a 7-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Etiwanda got a great performance from Mya Coleman as she struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. Coleman has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season.

Chino Hills has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. Wednesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Etiwanda hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .395. However, it's not like Chino Hills struggles in that department as they've averaged .317. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Etiwanda came out on top in a nail-biter against Chino Hills in their previous matchup on April 11th, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Huskies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
