RINGSTAD Made His Presence Known in Curlew's 60-26 Loss
Starting off the list is Curlew's LOGAN RINGSTAD, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. RINGSTAD rushed for 205 yards while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Curlew's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cougars dukes it out withCusick at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

Almira-Coulee-Hartline was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Harvest Parrish did his best to prevent it. Parrish turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 31 yards and a touchdown.
Almira-Coulee-Hartline's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2. Parrish and Almira-Coulee-Hartline will host Odessa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Tj Stoothoff and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
Tj Stoothoff was instrumental in extending Wilbur-Creston-Keller's winning streak to eight on Friday. Almira-Coulee-Hartline had no answer to Stoothoff as he rushed for 33 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 65 receiving yards. Stoothoff also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making four total tackles.
Wilbur-Creston-Keller pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Stoothoff and Wilbur-Creston-Keller will head out to challenge Wellpinit at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Wilbur-Creston-Keller picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Kallen Maioho. Maioho did his part (and then some), rushing for 109 yards for the 'W'. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 57 yards.
Almira-Coulee-Hartline's probably not too fond of Maioho given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Maioho saw the Warriors), he rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 59 yards and a touchdown.

Preston Michel's Big Game Leads Wilbur-Creston-Keller over Almira-Coulee-Hartline
Preston Michel was instrumental in extending Wilbur-Creston-Keller's winning streak to eight on Friday. Michel did his part (and then some), rushing for 115 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'. Michel is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.
Michel might have his next game, a home matchup with Wellpinit, circled on his calendar. Michel rushed for 198 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 39 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Redskins duked it out back in October of 2023.
