Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Nicholas Sheridan stepped things up a notch to give Derby the 'W'. Sheridan scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-2, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Looking ahead, Sheridan and Derby will head out to challenge Woodland Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The last time these two faced off, Sheridan and Co. were forced to settle for a 5-1 loss.
