Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Leonardtown Raiders walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Howard 42-12 on the road. Zach Meade was on fire: he rushed for 209 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. Meade was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 51 yards. Isaac Sirvon eubanks and his 98 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Leonardtown's victory.
