The Graves County Eagles entered their tilt with the McCracken County Mustangs with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Graves County walked away with a 19-7 victory over McCracken County on Friday. The score was all tied up 7-7 at the break, but Graves County was the (much) better team in the second half.
Denis Marrs was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. Marrs' longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.
Graves County's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for McCracken County, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 4-5.
