After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bridgeport, Bayard was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Creek Valley Storm. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Bayard's got stronger as the match went on, holding Creek Valley to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-12, 25-10.

The victory got Bayard back to even at 1-1. As for Creek Valley, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
