On Friday Roland-Story take on Vinton-Shellsburg at 7:30 PM. Roland-Story have seen their point totals decreasing over the past three games, a vulnerability Vinton-Shellsburg are surely hoping to exploit.
Things haven't been easy for Roland-Story, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They took a 7-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Benton.
Meanwhile, Vinton-Shellsburg have to be aching after a bruising 13-45 defeat to Union last Friday. The blowout was painful but not necessarily a suprise as Union enjoys a considerable advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
