Owen Valley won the last time they faced Cloverdale and things went their way on Monday too. The Owen Valley Patriots put the hurt on the Cloverdale Clovers with a sharp 46-21 win. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Owen Valley found their leader in freshman Aubrey Sparks, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Lilly Miller, who posted nine points and three steals.

Owen Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Cloverdale, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-14.

Owen Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 51-26 win against Clay City on the 15th. Cloverdale has also already played their next game, a 34-28 victory against West Vigo on the 14th.
