The Plum Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Burrell Bucs at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Plum is out to stop a six-game streak of losses at home.
Last Friday, Plum strolled past Armstrong with points to spare, taking the game 62-46.
Meanwhile, Burrell didn't have too much trouble with Valley at home on Friday as they won 58-44. Given Burrell's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 271st, while Valley is ranked 617th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Plum's victory ended a eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-14. As for Burrell, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.
