It was a good run, but the Sand Creek Aggies unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were dealt a 80-46 loss at the hands of Britton Deerfield. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Sand Creek has scored all season.
Ryan Good continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Britton Deerfield, scoring 26 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Good is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Logan Shiels, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and four steals.
Sand Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Britton Deerfield, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1.
Sand Creek will take on Erie-Mason at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Erie-Mason is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Britton Deerfield, they will head out on the road to face off against Whiteford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Whiteford will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 215th, while Britton Deerfield is ranked 86th).
